Our Menu

Calgary-style ginger beef is our signature dish. Our head chef, Stanley Leung, blends memories of the past with the taste of the present to create this tantalizing entrée. This western take on a northern Chinese dish consists of sliced beef, ginger, and green onions. It’s so popular that we named our restaurant after it!

In addition to this popular course, we serve a variety of other flavorful dishes, including mouth-watering appetizers, savoury soups, and enticing entrées. We have put our own western spin on many traditional Chinese dishes in order to appeal to the appetites of the people of Calgary.
